ASPHALT SHINGLE
Asphalt shingle roofs are one of the more common roof types that we see in the Lower Mainland. They are generally easier to maintain and are therefore one of the cheapest to have cleaned. Asphalt shingles, which are sometimes called different names such as "Duroid", tend to get excessive algae staining and moss growth here in Metro Vancouver due to the wetter climate in the region. While we have experience on all types of roofs, a good majority of our work has been on asphalt shingles.
